Therapeutic Yoga is a particularly effective practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness, such as: Arthritis, Hernia, Scoliosis, Khyphosis (hunchback), Lordosis, Osteoporosis, Chronic back and neck pain, Headache & migraine, Stress, Depression, Insomnia, Overweight, Diabetes, Asthma, Constipation, Pronated ankles, High or low blood pressure, Anemia or a decreased quantity of red blood cells or hemoglobin, Ailments related to the lungs, heart, spleen, liver and organs.
Therapeutic Yoga is a one & one approach, which means a private class. The therapy blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breath-work, movement related techniques and meditation. We combine these systems in a way that is gentle and effective for healing injury or illnesses, and for bringing the body and mind into harmony.
